On February 3, 1999, the Opal design team will hold a critical design review (CDR) that is open to the public.  They will present the Opal satellite in detail as they prepare for the September 15 , 1999, launch of Opal.  The agenda for the meeting is below.  The public is welcome to attend parts or all of the presentation.  It will be held in Durand Room 450 from 1-6pm on February 3rd.
