Subsystem Discussion 

    Picosat Launcher Engineering Model -- Jeff 
    • Order rect. and Belleville springs, latch cables -- suager should be in today, Andy to pick it up
    • Fabrication quote and production -- EM delivered Friday
    • In-house part fabrication -- actuator bracket and front stops complete, cable guide left to do
    • Dry lube application -- EM taken in to the shop this morning, will be ready by Wed.  afternoon.  cost of $160-170
    • Instrumentation -- ready by Wed., meet Wed. afternoon to determine how to affix the sensors
    • Picosat mass models -- SCU delivered mass model, mentors to deliver tonight, Aerospace FedExing theirs today
    Launch Interface -- David 
    • Actuator redesign and method of attaching OPAL -- Jin ordered springs, should be in on Friday
    • Part fabrication -- Brian making the jig for the web on Wed. and should be done by Friday
    • Structural analysis 
    • Production drawings -- Jeff to do drawing of feet
    • Actuator -- Eric to get bolt to replace the actuator after test
    Structure -- Santiago   
    • Machining coordination -- Brian doing the interface web, Santiago doing EM and interface parts
    • Shake structure -- mass boxes almost complete

    Testing -- David and Andy 
    • Interface, OPAL structure, and launcher EM  verification testing -- WSU: shake facility broken, Aerospace: can only shake 1 axis, Ames: meet 10 am Wed. to discuss test, should be donated, Bell: can get in, but will cost $150/hour.  Regardless of choice, testing must be completed on Nov. 23rd.

    • David, Jeff, Santiago to be present for most of day of testing, Bryan, Eric, Jin, and Andy want to be there at least for the actual shake, Jeff to e-mail OPAL list to see who else wants to come
