Marina: OSSS needs to settle
trickle charge issues. (FALCONSAT really require continuous up to launch?
Cable length and type, now off-set and starts above ground ~ 150 ft length.
ASU re-iterated may build one charger for everyone).

Williford: Orbital can monitor
voltage for FALCONSAT.

R. Smith: Can FALCONSAT separation
system use asymetrical but repeated 3-hole pattern per FAX Sketch to USAFA?
Answer: Chesley = yes, but will confirm.

associated FTP site on-line. Arranging to flag and date changes. Q: effect
on ICDs?

Schoneman: Orbital needs ejected
PL masses and velocities ASAP. Action: R. Smith OSSS.

Chesley: USAFA Orbit understood
as Sun Sync. 700km @98.6deg and with equator crossing at 0800 to
be determined by Starfire sighting needs. USAFA action to publish requirements.
OSSS comment= required ASAP to define power generation system, and
orbit license.
