OPAL Action Items

send names and arrival time
for VAFB PIWG to Buckley; need name, SSN, DoB, citizenship for all
that will be coming

send mass properties listing
to OSSS, cc: Buckley for OPAL, interface after separation, sep. force time
duration, and sep. velocity

send revised schedule with margin
to Buckley

need to specify which parts
of the mass model are flight hardware when we send mass model to WSU
-
send frequency and wattage of
beacon transmit to OSC to verify if it will be a problem for OPAL to initially
transmit a beacon and then not transmit for 30 minutes

2 of OSC user's manual are still good with their calculations, with the
addition of 14g longitudinal load at 1st stage light-up
