OPAL Action Items

• Send completed list of who is going to VAFB to Buckley.  Better to have "maybe's" on the list initially and then take them off later.
• Send a draft ICD to OSSS by Nov. 20.  OSSS to do first draft of ICDs in two weeks
• Payloaders to talk about individual deployment systems at VAFB PIWG

Miscellaneous Notes

• Lower limit on separation velocity is around .5 ft/s
• Orbit will be either 750 km sun-synchronous or 750 km sun-synchronous slightly precessing
• Telecons should be used to identify issues, not work through them.  Everyone needs to work harder to communicate and work through technical issues.
