Post Jawsat Vibe Testing of Opal at Weber
On September 17, 1999, Greg Hutchins and Jamie Cutler traveled to Weber State to perform post vibration testing checkout on Opal. The following pictures highlight that testing.

Close up of Falconsat's antenna. They had removable antennas. This allowed attachment of dummyloads to output atennas during testing.

Good view of the payload stack. Falconsat is on top. ASUSat1 is the black circle. Jawsat electronics are on the right panel. Below ASU is the PEST experiment from Marshall. The chains are there to help lift the payload stack.

Another good view of the payload stack. Falconsat is on top. Opal is on the right. The optical calibration sphere from the Air Force Research Labs and L'Garde is the black canister on the left. This explodes into a huge silver sphere. We might be able to see this from the ground.

This camera will take pictures of Opal separation!

The red cup is there for protection of the magnetometer. Seems someone thought a smiley face was needed. This aluminum face sheet will be removed prior to launch.
