Opal Weekly Update -- November 12, 1999

1. Launch Date:  December 7, 1999 
2. Well, another new launch date.  I haven't heard of any new trouble or difficulties so this date is looking good again (except for the fact that's in the middle of finals).

4. Greg, Corina, and I are working on ops plans.  We should be publishing ops guides for Opal in the next week or two.
