Opal Weekly Update -- November 29, 1999

1.  Launch Date:  December 7, 1999 
2. Things still look firm for the 7th! 
3. In the next day or two I'll be putting the latest launch info on  the web page.  This will include viewing possibilities/hints for  everyone. 
4. Dress rehearsals for launch are scheduled for Dec 1,2.  I'll be at VAFB for these.  I'll be able to verify launch times and schedules.   I also plan on meeting with the HAM group down there to discuss use  of their station during the first day after launch.  Greg, Corina, and I are working on ops plans.  We should be publishing  ops guides for Opal in the next week or two.
