Opal Weekly Update -- December 3, 1999

1. Launch Date:  Late January
2. The dress rehearsals this week turned up two rocket problems.  These problems will force the rocket to be de-stacked.  Launch is now expected in late January.  The problems are a faulty beacon system and a computer reset problem.
